We’re less than 2 weeks into the new year and we already have recording breaking sales to report. The 2004 built waterfront home at 181 Leucadendra Drive at Gables Estates (pictured above) closed yesterday for $15,835,000 ($1,059/sqft). The home had 14,946 sqft on 48,274 sqft of land. This sale is the highest sale in Coral Gables since early 2008. EWM had the listing.
